Mom's Caramel Corn

Pop 7quarts of popcorn

THEN:

1C butter

2C brown sugar

1/2C caro syrup

1t salt

--boil for 5min, remove from heat, ad 1/2teaspoon (no more!!)

place popcorn in roasting pan, pour caramel ontop, stir

oven 250 for 40min, stir every 10-15min
